Hi, I'm Jeanette Herr but I go by Jae — wife, mom of four boys, entrepreneur, and the founder of HerrBooks & Co.

I'm a number-crunching, puzzle-loving accountant who focuses on bookkeeping, tax prep and financial advisory. I genuinely enjoys helping business owners understand the story behind their numbers. While bookkeeping may not be what most people consider exciting, I see every balance sheet, reconciliation, and financial report as a puzzle waiting to be solved.

As a fellow business owner and mompreneur, I understand first hand the challenges that come with building a business while balancing the demands of everyday life. I know what it's like to wear multiple hats, make difficult decisions, and constantly wonder if you're focusing your time and energy in the right places. With over 12 years of experience in bookkeeping, tax planning, financial cleanup, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, I have helped businesses organize their books, gain financial clarity, and create systems that support their long-term success.
